What is a Kriya Practice?
At its core, Kriya is a systematic approach to harmonizing the flow of prana, the vital life force, throughout the body. Through regular and disciplined practice, one can cleanse the energetic channels (nadis) and awaken the dormant spiritual energies (kundalini) within.
Kriya practices are often taught as a sequence of steps, each building upon the other to facilitate holistic transformation. These steps may include specific breathing patterns, combined with movement or mental focus, aimed at directing and amplifying the flow of prana.
